R01 reducer - now for more engine power

AC SA's popular reducer STAG R01, now supports engines with 180 hp.  

 STAG R01 is a single-stage, membrane STAG reducer designed for automotive sequential vapor phase gas injection systems.  It is in the reducer that LPG gas changes phase from liquid to volatile (gas). 

In the new version of the design of the STAG R01 reducer, a small change has been introduced in the reduction valve, thanks to which an additional 30 hp was obtained. As a result, the reducer works with engines up to 180 hp. 

How to distinguish between the versions?  
 
It's very simple. The reducer versions differ from each other by the color of the adjustment cover. In the R01 150 hp reducer, the cover was black, while in the R01 180 hp version the adjustment cover is gray (natural aluminum color). 

Technical specifications of the STAG R01 reducer   

• Operating temperature from -20 to 120 degrees Celsius 
• Pressure control in the range of 0.9 to 1.4 bar 
• Supported engine power up to 180 hp (140kW) 

The performance features of the reducer remain unchanged:  

• Gas output ø12 to 180 hp and ø16 to 250 hp 
• Modern design solutions (casting tightness and homogeneous structure) 
• Easy installation - central mounting screw 
• Rotating connection ferrules, suitable for use with spring ties 

This evaporator model works seamlessly with all STAG controllers.
