IMPORTANT – we are introducing changes in the functioning of AC S.A. due to the threat of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2

Dear Partners and Customers of AC S.A.,

Due to the threat of spread of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, out of concern for the health and safety of our business partners and employees, we have decided to take the necessary action.

However, the epidemic is develeping, therefore, in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspector, we are introducing the following changes in the functioning of AC S.A.:

• Limited access to the company buildings (including offices and warehouses)

  Access to the company buildings will be available only to employees, who are obliged to disinfect their hands at the entrance. Only two entrances will be open: to the administration building and to the Research and Development Centre.
  The side entrance gate (from the building of Dom Książki) will be closed. Entrance to the company premises through the main gate (from ul. Dolistowska, next to the security building) will be possible only after verification of the visitors and the purpose of their visit.
  Starting from the last week, the goods delivered to the company are disinfected, and all people from outside (e.g. couriers, drivers) are obliged to disinfect their hands. 

• Possibility of remote work and suspension of domestic and foreign business trips

  All employees whose duties allow it have the possibility of remote work.
  We also encourage individual departments to limit direct meetings and to communicate with each other by phone or email instead. By reducing the number of people remaining in the office, we reduce the risk of spread of the virus. We have also suspended all domestic and foreign business trips.

• Even greater attention to cleanliness and hygiene at the company premises

We are doing our best to reduce the impact of the current situation on the operational activity of AC S.A. as much as possible.
