As part of the Entrepreneurship Day, AC S.A. invited school students from Białystok for consultations to its company garage.
As part of the all-Poland scientific project: Entrepreneurship Day, on March, 19, the AC S.A. company garage welcomed the students of the Complex of Technical Schools. The students could see the actual work at the position of a mechanic.
This is the sixteenth edition of the programme organised by Fundacja Młodzieżowej Przedsiębiorczości (Junior Entrepreneurship Foundation) which, this year, was covered with the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.
The Entrepreneurship Day offers assistance to students of post-junior-high schools in preparing to make a conscious choice of profession. The programme helps to dispel young people’s doubts related to how the work actually looks like in the profession they have chosen. Thanks to experienced employees doing volunteer work, the juniors have the opportunity to learn what competences, knowledge and skills are necessary to perform work at the position they want in their dream profession. This, in turn, helps them to make the decision as to further education.
AC S.A. sees the potential of the next generation that is to be acquainted with the technology of the STAG products. Getting young people interested in the issues they might use in practice after completing their school education is the purpose of the organised meeting, and an investment in good practices of the installers.
The initiative is even more valuable, because the current labour market is full of mechanics to choose from. But the real professionals who specialise in a given field, e.g. installation of the LPG/CNG, are desired and welcome at any garage.
