We are proud to inform that our STAG 400 DPI controller dedicated to direct injection engines has been awarded the title of Innovative Product 2011, thus making AC SA – the largest manufacturer of modern LPG systems – a National Leader of Innovation and Development for 2011.
On 26 January 2012, the results of the fourth edition of the National Leaders of Innovation and Development competition were announced in the Quotations Hall of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange). The national final was the last stage of a competition begun with regional preliminaries in which AC SA triumphed as the most innovative large company in Podlaskie Province and the manufacturer of the most innovative product in the region. The company owes the latter title to its modern STAG 400 DPI controller – introduced to the range for drivers of vehicles with direct injection engines. The STAG 400 DPI controller won appreciation in a subsequent stage of the competition and received the award for the most innovative product in 2011 in the large companies category.
The main purpose of the competition, organised by the Innovation and Development Foundation, is the identification and promotion of innovative projects and initiatives. Its prestige is proven by the fact that it has been held under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the National Centre for Research and Development, the National Bank of Poland, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Polish Patent Office, Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Association of Polish Banks.
The Innovative Product 2011 award is a mark of recognition for the modern work conducted by AC SA and an excellent motivator for further development and improvement.
