AC S.A. has made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Today AC S.A. shares have made a debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The total value of public offering amounted was 40.74 million PLN ( about 14.5 million USD ) , investors were assigned 2,089,444 shares. New shareholders constitute 22.4% of the shareholder structure.
9,326,400 ordinary bearer A and B series shares were launched for trade on the regulated market, with the nominal value of 0.25 PLN each.
AC S.A. is the first Polish manufacturer of LPG and CNG car installations, to be listed in the Polish stock exchange, and the third in Europe listed on a stock exchange.



 

AC S.A. shares were offered by Mercurius brokerage house. Subscriptions in Retail Portion were accepted by a consortium of brokerage houses, managed by Millennium brokerage house.
