Mrs. Katarzyna Rutkowska is a chartered accountant (entry to the register no. 10651). She is the member of Council of Experts on Economic Affairs under the President of Bialystok City and the member of Entrepreneurship Council under the Board of Podlasie Province. She continues to raise her knowledge through participating in numerous specialist trainings. In 2009, she completed Strategic Management Academy and in 2011 ,“Management 2011” – yearly management programs in ICAN Warsaw institute under the auspices of Harvard Business Publishing.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction and Sanitary Engineering at Bialystok University of Technology. He has completed a number of specialized managerial training courses.

Mr. Krzysztof Szymański does not conduct any business activity outside AC S.A., does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, nor does he participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body, and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
